If you still haven't eaten here, you're missing out big time! The last time I posted something about Solo Pasta was in my old blog (http://taiwanfoodlover.blogspot.tw/2011/04/solo-pasta-italian-cuisine.html) in 2011 and believe it or not, after 2 years the price of this Creamy Balsamic Sauce Pasta with Smoked Duck has not changed. I recommended it 2 years ago and I still recommend it today. The creamy balsamic taste just combines so sweetly with the smokiness of the duck, it will leave you yearning for it!


We also tried out new desserts on the menu, one of them was called Montebianco or Mont Blanc. Originated in France, but very famous in the regions of Piedmont and Lombardy, this dessert is all about the chestnuts. The other was a Parfait di Mandorle or an Almond Parfait that is famous in the region of Sicily. I would strongly recommend the latter one. The taste of home toasted almond with the combination of the cold ice cream was literally 'parfait' or so they would say in French.



If you go there during lunch hours (11:30-14:00) they have a Business Lunch at 350nt that includes a pasta with a salad or soup and bread!
